Done in India, Heading to Nepal

At the conference yesterday, I met a young man who had been arrested and beaten by the police in a small village wh4re he lives, all because he perform a baptism. He has since moved to a different city, as the pressure on him from the local authorities was relentless. He will remain nameless here but please remember to pray for him.

The ordination service was very moving yesterday (Thursday). These men were prayed for and commissioned to go out and plant churches throughout India. I am impressed with their dedication to the task in front of them.

Today, we will fly to Kathmandu, where shortly after our arrival we will meet with the Directors of the CC Bible College for dinner. I am looking forward to hearing what is happening at the school.

Thanks for the prayers!

David

  1. I’m so glad you are feeling better. I will pray for that young man. I will pray for the city he had to leave, that God has already raised up someone, under the radar, to bring the gospel to those he had to leave behind.
