Since our launch in 2014, we have always had the funds and invitations to teach that we had hoped for. We have never had to try and raise more funds. For the first time, our monthly giving has dipped below our monthly income. We are OK for now but we realize that we cannot continue to operate in the red each month. So, we are planning a fundraising event, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, October 3. We are looking at the future and the needs we will have. I cannot continue to travel indefinitely, and I am preparing for when that time comes (hopefully not for at least a few more years!) I am working with leaders in several nations in preparing them to carry on the teachings and work of MTI in the future. To that end, we are planning to hire a videographer to record the teachings scheduled for 2 weeks in November in Indonesia, and then have them professionally edited for general use. That will go beyond our current budget but we hope the fundraising event will allow us to do that and more. Since we have never had a fundraiser, we ask that you would pray for us as we navigate this. I am hopeful and looking forward to this. Pastor David Guzik will come up from California and be a part of this event! I will provide more specific details in the coming weeks. We are praying for more monthly contributors as well as some one-time donations.
