Pastor David Grisanti, founder and President of MTI, made a commitment to follow Christ in 1970, at the age of 19. In the subsequent years, he has been active in ministry as a teacher at the Calvary Chapel Bible School, Assistant Pastor, Senior Pastor, and now with MTI. After serving as Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel of Silverdale, Washington for 27 years, he resigned in September, 2014, in order to focus his ministry efforts on training and helping pastors abroad. He began doing just that in 1991, when he was invited to go to Bulgaria and work with a group of young pastors. Since that time he has not only gone back to Bulgaria on many occasions, but has been invited to work with leaders in India, Asia, South America, Africa, and Eastern Europe. It is his passion to go and assist pastors in the countries that do not have the resources that are easily available to Western churches. As he told the congregation of CCS when he gave his resignation speech, “When invited, I want to go to the churches and assist the leaders who cannot afford to fly me there nor afford to pay me to be there.”
David has been married to his wonderful wife Debbie since 1976. They have 2 married daughters, 4 granddaughters, and 1 grandson, and reside in Bremerton, Washington.

I visited your website since 2 month found some useful stuff for pastor training in south Asia
Sir i m pastor simon lead pastor of life light church in india
We work among tribal area most village place where is no gospel our main work is church planting among UUPG group and found where is very few people have theology training of the pastor who working in villages so they are not able to plant healthy churches
So i found MTI doing great things in india to educating pastor and leaders who have no theology training
I would like to be part to get training for our pastor and our pastor also wanted to get training
We would like to arrange pastor training if you willing to come my place

This need is urgency for gospel spread in india and beyond
